Arrow requires Windows (98, NT, 2000, or XP), at least 64M of memory, and about 10M of disk space (disk space will vary depending on the size and number of messages you leave in Arrow's folders).
You also must have an Internet connection and access to a POP3 account and SMTP server for Arrow's use.
You can download and try the unregistered version of Arrow. The
unregistered version allows you to create one mailing list with up to 50 subscribers. If you
find Arrow useful, you can upgrade to the registered version which does not have this
limitation. To upgrade Arrow, you register the program for $50 (US) and receive a special key
which removes the restrictions. You can register by mail or by e-mail (see "How to Register Arrow" in Arrow's Help)
or you can Register Online through Kagi.
