| Arrow makes it easy to create and manage both announcement mailing lists and interactive mailing list discussions on your Windows PC using a standard e-mail account. Arrows runs under most versions of Windows (including Windows 98, NT,
2000, ME, and XP),
Arrow runs on your personal computer - you do not need a server or a continuous connection to the Internet - and works as an intelligent mailing list reflector. Arrow uses a standard
e-mail account. It checks a "POP3" server to get messages and sends messages through your ISP's "SMTP" server. Setting up
Arrow is not much more difficult than setting up a regular mail program.
Arrow automates most of the chores of maintaining your mailing list while giving you much more control than the "free"
list services like YahooGroups. Arrow does not add advertising to your list's messages (unless you choose to
add your own!). And you won't have to pay a mailing list service any monthly or annual fees.
You can DOWNLOAD and try the unregistered version of Arrow. The unregistered version
allows you to create one mailing list with up to 50 subscribers. If you find Arrow useful, you can upgrade to the
registered version which does not have this limitation. To upgrade Arrow, you may purchase a license for
the program for $50 (US) and receive a special key which removes the restrictions.
